1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled at any time by contacting our support team at: chinkaaricollections@gmail.com Please note: If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible for the best chance of successful cancellation.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Defective Items
    Refunds are applicable if the product has a clear manufacturing defect.

  • Damaged Items
    If the item is damaged during delivery, notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Incorrect Items
    If you receive the wrong item, we’ll arrange a return and process your refund upon item inspection.

  • Refund Processing Time
    Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (actual time may vary based on your payment provider).

Replacement Policy:

  • In case of receiving a damaged product, we request that you take a video during the unboxing process to document the condition of the item.

  • The video will be required to process a replacement request. Without this footage, we will not be able to proceed with the replacement.

  • The video should clearly show the product and its packaging for verification purposes.


3. Return Conditions

You are eligible for a return/refund if the following conditions are met:

  • Return Window
    Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Product Condition
    Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

  • Packaging Requirement
    Products returned without proper packaging may not qualify for a refund.

  • Shipping Fees
    If eligible for a refund, shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed for the product amount only.

  • Product Misuse or Damage
    Products found to be misused or tampered with will not be accepted for return or refund.

  • Restocking Fee
    A restocking fee may apply in certain cases depending on the item’s condition upon return.

To initiate a return:

  3. Return Shipping
    Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage.
